Day 21
This will probably be our shortest blog yet! Today in Columbus Ohio we didn't do much. We started out the day with brunch at the Waffle House. We have seen many of these along our trip and decided we should check one out. One of the cooks started up a conversation (seeing that our license plate was from CA) and the waitress joined in. From that point on—through the eating of our entire meal! (I think they were wondering what the heck Californians were doing away from their nice beaches!) We have never had that happen before! It was fun.
Next stop was Ohio State University. Donna enjoyed seeing the Wonder Bread location that we drove by as we were near the campus.
The campus was nice (by driving through) but the area around the campus was not so great. Seeing bits of the surroundings was enough for us to keep it a drive-by tour rather than an in-depth stop. Bye Ohio State!
What redeemed the day was going to Filene's Basement. (If only we had these out in CA) We had fun shopping! (yes, even Corey had fun—as much as possible for a boy)
Even though this stop in OH was just so-so... it was nice. We are looking forward to our next stop CHICAGO! Yahoo! We will be leaving in the morning and tell you all about it...

It's great that you went to Niagara! Brandon and I were on the other side last summer, right around the same time (July 1-2). Look back at your pics and there's a really funny looking tall building in the background that consists of a skinny pole with an octagon on top and that's were we stayed!
NIAGARA HUH???? It must have been amazing... I think that's sooo cool I've always wanted to go there!!! WEll i just wanted to pop in again and see what the latest up date was and say hello and good night... as it's almost 1:30AM here and I'm getting up at 7:30 (blah) Anyways I hope all is well!!!

HOLY COW GOD IS GOOD!!!!!! I am currently only $77 away from having a LICENSE AGAIN!!!!!!!! WOOT!!! Anyways just thought I would bring you guys in on my excitement... Well, we have actually started out our travels across seas...Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Sicily, and Italy so far... now we are on to the US! : )
